INTEGRIS Health Corporate in Oklahoma City, OK seeks an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our finance team. You will work closely with the AP Manager and Reps to ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors and customers.

Responsibilities include resolving procurement issues, monitoring exception reports, managing GHX/EDI processes, training new staff, and handling voids, stop pay, and AP auto-pay workflows with a focus on accuracy and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 1 year data entry/accounting experience required.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal/written).
• Experience with Microsoft Office software preferred.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Accounts Payable software preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist AP Manager and AP Reps to ensure accurate, timely payments to vendors and customers.
• Monitor and resolve Match Queue Exceptions to release invoices for payment.
• Regulate GHX (EDI) processes and distribute errors for processing.
• Train new Accounts Payable Reps and cross-train current staff.
• Assist with voids, Stop Pay, and AP auto-pay processes as needed.
