Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable principles and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems and automated invoice-processing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable functions to ensure accurate, timely processing.
• Lead and develop the AP team, drive process improvements and automation.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end close activities and 1099 reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships and payment issues to maintain service levels.
