Bethany Children’s Health Center in Bethany, OK seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the daily AP function and support the Business Office. You will ensure accurate invoice processing, proper coding, and timely vendor payments while contributing to close processes and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with electronic invoice processing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process vendor invoices for accuracy, proper coding, supporting documentation, and authorization.
• Manage full-cycle accounts payable: entry, matching, payment processing, and vendor file maintenance.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies professionally.
• Prepare weekly/monthly AP registers and aging reports as requested.
• Support month-end close activities including accruals and journal entries.
• Ensure 1099 reporting compliance and maintain vendor tax documents.
• Support internal and external audit requests related to AP.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
