Qualifications

Research and investigate discrepancies, vendor account issues, and payment-related questions to facilitate timely resolution.

Assist with payment processing activities, including preparing and verifying payments, and supporting reporting functions related to accounts payable.

Maintain organized records of transactions, ensure compliance with company policies, and support audit activities as needed.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and accuracy within the accounts payable process.

Provide support to the finance team for various accounting functions, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
