Responsibilities

• Work with engineers to ensure logs are updated correctly.
• Manage mailing and filing systems.
• Maintain cost system and provide required reports.
• Respond to employee requests for information and assistance.
• Route agreements, contracts, and invoices through signature process.
• Assist in HR, Accounting & Payroll activities.
• Complete assigned tasks with other clerks.
• Provide research and data entry assistance as needed.
• Organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Plan and organize work assignments from management.
