Firetrol Protection Systems, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking an Accounts Payable Admin to support the office with efficient invoicing and payment processing.

Under supervision of the Office Manager, you will match invoices to POs, verify pricing and terms, and maintain accurate AP files. The ideal candidate has strong data entry, detail orientation, and time-management skills, with experience in Great Plains.

Qualifications

• Answer incoming calls and manage accounts payable tasks.
• Process vendor invoices, verify pricing, terms and charges.
• Review and enter invoices with correct vendor ID, GL coding and approvals.
• Maintain and organize A/P files and records for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve A/P issues and discrepancies.
• Provide accurate data entry and assist purchasing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and match to POs.
• Ensure payments are applied to the correct invoices.
• Maintain A/P files and prepare for corporate review.
• Use Great Plains and other programs for AP tasks.
• Support colleagues with administrative tasks as needed.
