WE LOVE OUR WORK.

This position is Remote.

• Respond to supplier inquiries and provide effective customer service
• Research supplier claims and provide feedback on status and required actions
• Reconcile non-complex supplier statements and resolve issues with suppliers
• Follow-up on debit balances with assigned suppliers
• Resolve open aged RNI as assigned
• Assist in auditing invoice batches prior to posting
• Match and apply property direct debit payments
• Support data entry needs for corporate and retail
• Maintain invoices in Oracle as assigned
• Perform AR tasks supporting billing, claims, payments, and reconciliations
• Promote and demonstrate superior customer service in line with standards
• Maintain confidentiality in all departmental and company matters
• Liaise with property Finance on AP issues and opportunities
• Monitor compliance with AP performance measures and suggest process improvements
• Maintain strong supplier relations
• Participate in other special projects as assigned

• Associate degree in accounting or related field, or two+ years of experience in accounting or AP, preferably in multi-unit companies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret English documents, and communicate verbally and in writing in English.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to understand and carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form, and handle problems involving multiple variables in standardized situations.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Most roles are fully remote; some may require two in-office days per week.
