This position is Remote.

• Respond to supplier inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Research supplier claims and communicate status and required actions
• Reconcile non-complex supplier statements and collaborate to resolve issues
• Follow-up on debit balances with specific suppliers
• Resolve open aged RNI as assigned
• Assist in auditing invoice batches prior to posting
• Match and apply property direct debit payments
• Support data entry for corporate and retail needs
• Maintain Oracle invoices as assigned
• Support AR tasks such as billing, claims, payments, and reconciliations
• Promote and demonstrate superior customer service
• Maintain confidentiality in all matters
• Liaise with property Finance on AP issues
• Monitor compliance with AP performance measures and suggest improvements
• Maintain strong supplier relations
• Perform other special projects as assigned

• Associate degree in accounting or related field, or two+ years of accounting/AP experience, preferably in multi-unit companies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret English documents, communicate verbally and in writing.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to understand and follow instructions in various formats and handle problems involving multiple variables in standardized situations.
