What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct accurate and timely follow-up on unpaid and underpaid claims, addressing denials and reprocessing as necessary
- Identify root causes of denial trends and recommend solutions to department leadership to prevent future issues
- Perform accurate write-offs for uncollectible accounts in compliance with company policies
- Participate in team meetings to share denial trends and contribute ideas for improving workflows and revenue collections
- Meet established productivity and quality metrics, collaborating with supervisors to enhance performance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduate/GED required; Technical School/2 Years College/Associates Degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
- Knowledge of healthcare billing, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and claim submission requirements
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy skills
