Job summary

Brightwing is seeking an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist to support day-to-day AP/AR operations across multiple companies in Troy, MI.

You will process vendor invoices and payments in our ERP system, manage AP/AR for several entities, reconcile statements, and assist with month-end close while maintaining accuracy and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Prior accounts payable and receivable experience, preferably in a multi-company environment.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
