Role Description The Accounts Payable Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Walnut, CA. This position is responsible for processing vendor invoices, verifying accuracy, obtaining approvals, and ensuring timely payments. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accounts payable records, performing account reconciliations, resolving invoice and payment discrepancies, and preparing reports for management. The role also involves monitoring vendor statements, supporting month-end closing activities, and collaborating with the accounting and finance teams to maintain accurate financial data. The Accounts Payable Accountant is expected to uphold internal controls, follow company policies, and support continuous improvement of accounting processes.
