Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 3–5 years related experience.
• Strong Excel skills; familiar with Word and Outlook.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documents.
• Clear spoken and written communication; able to present information.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
• Ability to work independently and with others; strong organization.
• Must use keyboard and 10-key efficiently; lift up to 15 pounds.
• Dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Accumulates, enters, validates and posts business transactions to subsidiary systems.
• Assigns general ledger codes and identification numbers to invoices.
• Obtains vouchers and supporting documentation with approvals.
• Prepares, scans and processes documents in imaging system.
• Maintains indexing for retrieval of scanned documents.
• Records and balances information in company systems as required.
• Audits transactions and documents for propriety and policy compliance.
• Answers telephones and provides information to callers.
