Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting professional based in Orchard, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will manage accounts payable and receivable responsibilities, prepare vendor reconciliations, and assist with month-end closing processes. A minimum diploma in Accounting & Finance and 4 years of experience in general accounting are required. The role offers a permanent position from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with a salary of up to $4500 plus AWS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of working experience in general accounting.
• Hands-on experience in accounting software is a must.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vendor reconciliation and payment schedule.
• Monthly AR invoicing and prepare statement of account.
• Check weekly employees’ timesheets and expense claims.
