Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to research and resolve customer deductions for specific distribution channels and divisions.

You will review short payments, monitor promotions, process payments in Vistex, and validate deductions in SAP with approvals. The role requires strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, SAP familiarity, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to meet monthly close deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years office experience.
• 3+ years payroll experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel; SAP preferred.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management.
• Judgment to set priorities and coordinate with others.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve customer deductions for specified distribution channels and divisions.
• Monitor promotional spending and alert management of overspends and incorrect promotional issues.
• Process customer payments through Vistex when appropriate.
• Validate deductions and code if valid in SAP systems with approvals.
• Maintain up-to-date customer profiles and process accounts daily.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functionally across Brokers, Sales, Accounting, Transportation, and Billing.
• Meet monthly department close deadlines.
