You will monitor backorders, coordinate with production and scheduling, and advise management of lead times or production issues affecting service. A strong customer focus and ERP/CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred or four years’ experience in customer account management in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems to manage customer interactions and orders.

Responsabilités

• Act as liaison between internal and external customers to ensure quality service.
• Manage accounts, promote products, communicate pricing, respond to requests, resolve complaints, and ensure accurate billing.
