Job summary

Nexair-LL in Memphis, TN seeks an experienced supervisor to direct daily activities of the collections and accounts receivable team. You will train staff, ensure understanding of billing requirements, and resolve customer questions with accuracy and courtesy.

You will collaborate with Territory Managers and Account Managers to identify root causes of past due balances, implement process improvements, and lead biweekly account discussions to drive timely collections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or higher.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience in accounts receivable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily activities of your team related to supervision and training.
• Provide leadership and direction to ensure team understands job requirements and expectations.
• Engage with customers, Territory Managers and Account Managers to resolve billing questions promptly.
• Lead efforts to identify root causes of issues on accounts and implement long-term solutions.
• Oversee escalation accounts and communicate status of special projects to stakeholders.
