Responsibilities

• Maintain/update system information (In Cargowise).
• Review storage, demurrage and exam fees for containers at Port online.
• Review invoices from Japan to branches.
• Post cash receipts for funds received from customers for daily bank reconciliation.
• Communicate with branches, overseas agents or third parties to settle invoices in a timely manner.
• Daily reconciliation of Cargo Sprint/Pay Cargo transactions.
• Assist with internal controls and accounting-related projects.
• Closing tasks and year-end preparations.
