Qualifications

Job Overview

We are looking for a professional to manage industrial service contracts in the Netherlands. The role is based in Kontich and supports customers in brewing, dairy, pharmaceutical, and ice‑cream processing sectors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow service contracts and maintenance agreements.
• Coordinate with technical managers, internal teams and customers to ensure agreements are fulfilled.
• Identify opportunities and translate them into concrete follow-up agreements.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with customers.
• Plan and schedule visits, and expand coverage within your region.

Qualifications

• Technical education at MBO or HBO level.
• 3–5 years of experience in a maintenance or service environment within industry.
• Experience with maintenance contracts or Service Level Agreements is a plus.
• Strong technical knowledge combined with commercial insight.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams.
• Comfortable working independently, traveling across Belgium and the Benelux.
• Ability to manage and expand a customer portfolio.
