Job summary

Oliver James Associates Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Audit/Assurance professional to join their Advisory expansion in Atlanta. With 4+ years in Public Accounting (Big 4/Top 10 preferred) and strong financial statement experience, you will work on high-value Deals and FDD/TAS engagements.

Candidates should demonstrate GAAP, IFRS, FASB and SEC/ASC knowledge, the ability to engage with C-suite executives, and comfort acting as an individual contributor or in a team. CPA preferred or in-process.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience within Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals/FDD in Public Accounting (Big 4/Top 10 preferred)
• Experience with large Public filers (Audit/Assurance) & High Value Transactions (Deals/FDD)
• High degree of professionalism with ability to communicate with C-Suite
• Self starter, thrive as an Individual Contributor or in a team-based environment
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB & SEC/ASC rules and standards
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing technological environments (AI, RPA, etc.)

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:
