Job summary

You will help clients resolve issues and contribute to knowledge resources. The ideal candidate has a background in business/finance, strong communication, and a track record of customer-focused service in software support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of software support or related experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Industry knowledge of finance and accounting functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal and external user support for technical accounting issues.
• Collaborate with support colleagues and internal teams to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain regular communication with customers on status of requests.
• Advocate for customers and escalate issues when needed to achieve timely resolutions.
• Use Knowledge Base to resolve cases promptly and update content when needed.
• Contribute to internal KB content and improvements.
• Identify reported system defects with customers and coordinate resolution.
• Work under supervision following established procedures and guidelines.
