Responsibilities

• Support the Accounting team with maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with General Ledger activities.
• Process and analyze accounts payable and accounts receivable, review invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure policy compliance.
• Enter daily financial transactions and maintain organized files for receipts, invoices, payments, and reports.
• Perform and review account reconciliations, investigate variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Flag discrepancies or unusual transactions for review and escalation as needed.
• Prepare basic financial summaries and reports for management and audits.
• Assist with month-end close and audit preparation.
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payment schedules, and account balances.
• Follow established accounting procedures and internal controls.
