Responsibilities

• Corporate A/R processing and posting for multiple entities.
• Weekly timecard review and billing for HVAC work orders.
• Process charges and receipts for broker commissions daily.
• Monthly invoicing and account tracking for corporate accounts.
• Aid in monthly bank reconciliation.
• Review and code utility invoices for payment.
