Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus at least four years of experience, or combined education/experience to equal eight years.
• Experience supervising accounting professionals.
• Familiar with payroll accounting and journal entries.

Responsibilities

• Supervises accounting professionals responsible for journal entries and payroll accounting.
• Collaborates with accounting managers to monitor service levels.
• Develops materials to support accounting activities and align staff to plans.
• Provides guidance on hiring, coaching, development, and staff training.
• Supports RRCs through liaison and unit-level accounting activities.
