Job Juncture seeks an Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations and partner with the Controller. You will lead the accounting staff, manage month-end close, oversee inventory reconciliations, and support payroll, audits, and tax reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 2+ years of accounting experience with direct reports, and strong financial reporting skills. CPA/CMA is preferred and travel is required as needed.

• 2+ years of accounting experience with direct reports.
• Proven financial reporting skills, detail orientation, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise staff, answer technical questions, and guide daily workflow.
• Prepare and review journal entries, conduct inventory counts/reconciliations, and generate month-end reports.
• Prepare sales & use tax returns, enforce internal controls, and maintain data confidentiality.
• Analyze financial options, assist with corporate accounting initiatives, and lead special projects.
