Job summary

Tri County Care Management Organization (TCCMO) is seeking an Accounting Supervisor based in Branchburg, NJ. The role reports to the CFO and oversees the Finance Department while guiding internal controls and nonprofit financial management.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement after training, with benefits including retirement plans and comprehensive insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• MBA or related master's degree; CPA strongly preferred.
• Experience with Sage Intacct and Paycom.
• Minimum of ten years progressive related experience, preferably with a nonprofit.
• Detail oriented with a focus on internal controls.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and related technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise two finance employees with oversight and evaluations.
• Oversee biweekly payroll review for approximately 120 employees.
• Manage A/P and A/R including review of all disbursements and processing of receivables.
• Manage Medicaid billing process.
• Track and report State funds per contract requirements.
• Complete monthly bank reconciliation.
• Create monthly journal entries and analyze general ledger accounts.
• Participate in preparation of annual audits with CFO.
• Annual 1099 reporting and W2 verification.

Job Details: Job Location: Branchburg Office - Branchburg, NJ 08876, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: 4 Year Degree, Salary Range: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 Salary, Job Category: Accounting, Tri County Care Management Organization (TCCMO) is a non-profit organization that provides care management (case management) services for children with complex mental health, behavioral, developmental and/or substance abuse challenges in Hunterdon, Somerset and Warren Counties.

We are currently seeking an Accounting Supervisor based in Branchburg, NJ. This position reports to the CFO and has primary responsibility for supervision of Finance Department staff and day-to-day operations of the department. The ideal candidate for this position will be a team player with progressive experience in multiple areas of financial management, a desire for learning and career growth, and an appreciation for the unique needs of the non-profit sector.

This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement based on established TCCMO policy after an initial period of training and orientation.

• Strong problem solving and interpersonal communication skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and related technology
