Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of MIP Accounting system.
• Knowledge of non-profit Accounting procedures and preparing Annex B’s.
• Maintain current records of agency contracts and grants, prepare multi-faceted monthly and quarterly expenditure reports, annual budgets, and contract modifications as needed.
• Reconciliation and analysis of expenses accounts.
• Prepare and maintains accounts receivables and revenue accounts.
• Process cash receipts, journal entries, and aging reports for the contracts.
• Analysis of expenditures including checking flexible limits as they pertain to the contract.

Requirements:

• BS degree in Finance/Accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• High degree of organization skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical procedures and government regulations.
