Role: Accounting Supervisor

Pay Rate Range: $35 - $45

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage customer credit accounts and maintain accurate account records
• Perform data entry and system updates to ensure financial information is current
• Handle daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts receivable and payable
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Process bank deposits and coordinate with corporate finance teams
• Support month-end close and assist in preparing financial reports
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions
• Oversee sales transactions and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or office management, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or automotive industries
• Degree in business, accounting, finance, or management preferred
• Proficient in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Experienced in month-end close and preparation of financial statements
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
• Proficient with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with inventory control, purchase orders, and vendor/customer setup is a plus
