Accounting Supervisor – Progressive Lighting, Inc.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of 3 accountants while overseeing day-to-day financial operations.
2. Drive financial reporting and month-end close processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
3. Leverage NetSuite expertise — especially saved searches — to analyze data, optimize workflows, and ensure data integrity.
4. Oversee Accounts Payable/Receivable functions and support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes.
5. Maintain a hands-on leadership approach with strong NetSuite skills, high-volume accounting experience, and a passion for process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in NetSuite, with extensive experience in utilizing and creating saved searches.
