TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking a full-time Accounting Supervisor to join our team in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Job Summary: This entry-level supervisor position involves overseeing the daily operations of a 5-10 person department in our Accounting area. The Supervisor will assist with financial processing tasks within the department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify various daily and monthly financial reports.
• Assist with daily and month-end financial processing, including creating and maintaining complex reconciliation spreadsheets.
• Research and process financial adjustments, including check NSFs and credit card chargebacks.
• Provide supervisory support to the Accounting Department staff.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks, including training and supporting other Departments.
• Perform QA/QC on staff work.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical skills to identify trends and patterns.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products in a networked environment.

Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
