Job summary

ARCH Medical Solutions - Lehigh Valley is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role covers accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, payroll processing, cash management, and financial reporting.

Qualified candidates have 1–3 years in accounting, a HS diploma or GED, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of accounts payable/receivable or general accounting experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, standards, concepts and regulations.
• Accounts payable/receivable knowledge and general accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Run daily invoicing and process cash receipts.
• Update daily cash report and send daily sales/booking reports.
• Prepare and process accounts payable invoices with proper G/L coding.
• Perform 3-way match of invoices with POs and packing slips.
• Assist in payroll processing and weekly payroll tasks.
• Respond to AP/AR inquiries and assist with journal entries and GL reconciliations.
