Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 3–5 years of bookkeeping or related experience.
• Proven experience handling end-to-end AP and AR processes.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping and data entry.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: Verify, process, record vendor invoices, ensure approvals and proper coding in QuickBooks.
• Accounts Payable: Schedule and process payments via checks, ACH, or wires.
• Vendor Management: Maintain vendor records and ACH payment information.
• Expense Reports and Credit Cards: Review expenses and process into QuickBooks.
• Accounts Receivable: Prepare and send invoices, verify billing details and tax.
• Payment Collection: Track and collect payments from customers.
• AR: Maintain customer records and apply payments across systems.
• Dispute Resolution: Resolve billing disputes with customers.
• Aging Reports: Prepare reports for overdue accounts and follow up.
• Banking: Process bank transfers and verify payments, document support.
• Revenue Recognition Support: Adjust revenue entries in QuickBooks.
• Month-End Close: Support AR/AP close activities and reconcile
• System Reconciliation: Balance and reconcile banking records with ES and QuickBooks.
• Commission Support: Prepare commission reports and reconcile with ES.
