Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven, solid MS Word and Excel skills.
• Knowledge of accounting rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Intermediate exposure to automated accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Manage bank reconciliations.
• Post payroll journal entries.
• Track fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
• Assist in Sales and Use Tax filings.
