Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years relevant experience.
• Accuracy is crucial in processing invoices to avoid errors and discrepancies.
• Energetic, driven and committed to success while working under tight time constraints and pressure.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within teams and independently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication with 3rd parties, internal teams, and management is essential.
• Familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is often required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily cash positioning, cash flow forecasting, daily cash reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile and monitor cash collateral positions with counterparties and ISOs.
• Work with Accounting to post wire transfers, ACH payments, and intercompany funding.
• Support management of banking relationships and internal controls.
• Enter bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness into ERP.
• Reconcile payroll-related accounts (taxes, benefits, withholdings) with payroll servicer reports.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations for cash, interest, collateral, payroll-related, commissions, and other accounts.
• Assist month-end and year-end activities close.
• Assist Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as needed.
• Provide support during audits (internal and external).
