Under the Accounting Manager, you will manage cost recovery, purchasing, and financial reporting while ensuring integrity and compliance with university policies. This is a full-time, onsite position with standard 8am-5pm hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent.
• Two or more years of accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost recovery and invoicing processes.
• Guide UGAmart purchase carts and ensure proper approvals.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and oversee journal entries and budget journals.
• Support administrative tasks and back up office operations as needed.
