Job summary

CFS in Orlando is seeking an Accounting Specialist to gain experience across accounts receivable and accounts payable while supporting daily accounting operations. You will work directly with accounting leadership and build skills in reconciliations, general ledger coding, and financial systems as part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Develop experience with cash applications, credit card reconciliations, and invoice processing while contributing to daily finance activities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting or 4+ years of related accounting experience.
• Experience with accounts receivable, payment processing, or account reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Experience with Salesforce, Business Central, Dynamics 365, or Ramp is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts receivable ledgers and post customer payments.
• Reconcile account activity and prepare daily bank deposits and collection reports.
• Review subcontractor invoices, general ledger coding, and job-cost information.
• Enter and reconcile corporate credit card transactions.
• Respond to accounting inquiries and assist with departmental projects.
