Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or related field with 24 semester hours in accounting
• 4 years of accounting experience with specialized experience OR relevant combination
• Specialized experience includes AP/AR processing, reconciliations to GL, and journal entries
• Foreign Education accepted with proper transcripts and U.S. accreditation
• Time-in-grade requirements must be met by the closing date of the announcement
• Resume must include organization/agency, title, salary, start/end dates, hours per week, and relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Process AP and AR accounting operational tasks.
• Perform reconciliations from sub-ledgers to the general ledger using Excel pivots and formulas.
• Prepare manual journal entries in accordance with GAAP.
