Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Accountant for a temporary assignment in Vancouver, WA. The role supports a busy accounting department with a hands-on approach, requiring ownership and the ability to keep day-to-day accounting moving.

Ideal candidates hold a BA/BS in Accounting with 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience, including journal entries, reconciliations, AP, AR, and ERP system familiarity. The position offers variety and independence after orientation.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting.
• 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, AP, and AR.
• Previous experience working within an ERP system.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to shift between priorities.

Responsabilités

• Accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Preparing and posting journal entries.
• Completing account and general ledger reconciliations.
• Researching discrepancies and helping resolve outstanding items.
• Supporting credit card and expense reconciliations.
• Pulling accounting data and preparing routine reports.
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation.
• Assisting with month-end accounting activities.
• Stepping in on additional accounting priorities and projects as needed.
