Responsibilities

• Interact with customers on the phone and by email.
• Process accounts payable invoices for approval and payment.
• Generate billing statements and reports.
• Process monthly perm storage invoices and billing.
• Review and reconcile the general ledger accounts.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and renewals.
• Weekly bank deposits and daily credit card payments processed.
• Cash entries verified and entered into Movers Suite and Great Plains.
• Tracking and filing of all fleet vehicle registration renewals.
• Process all claims and coordinate communications with customers.
• Daily cash report updated and reconciled.
• Assist in keeping the office clean, organized, and well-functioning.
• Pitching in with other team members or departments as needed.
• Helping with miscellaneous projects or tasks as assigned.
