The ideal candidate will have 3+ years AR experience, thorough knowledge of billing and reconciliation, advanced Excel including PivotTables and lookup

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable or related accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of billing, cash application, AR aging, and account reconciliation.
• Advanced Excel skills - PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily AR billing, cash application, and customer account activity.
• Communicate with customers regarding payments, outstanding balances, and billing questions.
• Research and resolve pricing and quantity discrepancies; prepare credit memos as needed.
• Apply daily cash receipts to customer invoices and obtain remittance details.
• Prepare daily cash deposit reporting for management.
• Partner with Client Services to resolve customer billing issues.
• Support month-end close, including AR aging reports and reconciliations.
• Analyze AR data and prepare reporting using Excel PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other formulas.

Pay: $30 - $35 / hour
