Job summary

Undisclosed is seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with internal controls and GAAP.

You will process vendor invoices, match POs and invoices, assist with monthly close, support audits, budgeting, and forecasting, and help maintain accurate records in a hybrid Washington state role.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP, etc.).
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Familiarity with inventory accounting and cost of goods sold (COGS).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities
