Job summary

The Car Park is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to manage customer accounts, invoices, and payments. You will ensure accurate onboarding of accounts, process daily payments, and perform reconciliations while delivering strong customer service by email and phone.

The role requires solid accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and clear communication. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and MS Office/Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience.
• Strong Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain select customer accounts.
• Prepare, verify, record, and onboard new customer account information.
• Prepare, generate, and remit invoices monthly.
• Process daily payments (check, ACH, cash).
• Submit reconciliations to supervisor for accuracy and control.
• Contact customers to ensure payment of balances.
• Conduct monthly access card audits related to AR aging.
• Submit refund requests for customer accounts.

It handles the preparation and distribution of customer invoices and the processing and posting of customer payments.
