Job summary

The Car Park, LLC is seeking a Monitor to deliver outstanding customer service to parking customers by handling inbound calls and assisting with entry and exit in garages. You will coordinate with field staff for events and incidents, monitor security systems, and answer questions about tickets, hours, and parking options.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, can multitask, and are familiar with Windows 10. A high school diploma and at least 1 year in customer service are required.

• Typing 30+ WPM recommended.
• Punctual and trustworthy with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to parking customers via phone.
• Assist guests, valets, and monthly parkers with entry/exit in garages.
• Coordinate with Field and Ambassador staff for events and incidents.
• Monitor cameras and parking systems in area garages and lots.
• Test intercoms and manage garage space counts.
