Job summary

The Car Park, LLC is seeking a team member to assist customers at entry points and to help with the cleaning and maintenance of parking decks in a downtown environment. You will perform routine custodian duties and support a crew in a fast-paced setting, indoors and outdoors, year-round.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of janitorial/maintenance experience, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work well in a team or independently.

Qualifications

• 1 year in janitorial & maintenance work
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Good knowledge of the area/downtown locations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Sweep, litter pickup and disposal
• Paint and pressure wash surfaces
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of multiple parking decks
• Operate cash register and manage cash controls
• Assist customers with transactions at entry points
