Job summary

The Car Park, LLC is seeking a dependable team member to assist customers at parking facilities in downtown Tampa. You will handle financial transactions at entry points and support a crew responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of multiple parking decks.

Ideal candidates enjoy delivering a positive customer experience, work well in a team or independently, and are comfortable performing indoor and outdoor tasks year-round, including sweeping, painting, and basic upkeep.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in janitorial & maintenance work.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with parking payments and validations.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking decks, sweeping and litter pickup.
• Paint and pressure wash as needed; basic upkeep tasks.
• Operate cash register and maintain strict cash controls.
