The Car Park is hiring Parking Ambassadors to provide top-notch customer service at multiple parking facilities. You will assist customers with entry and exit, direct traffic, and ensure smooth operations across locations.

Ideal candidates can work in all weather, stand for long periods, and follow directions precisely. A dependable, on-time attendance record is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with entry/exit transactions.
• Direct traffic to parking areas.
• Conduct vehicle counts on location.
• Charge customers for parking as directed by supervisor.
• Screen parking lots for permits.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Use hand signals and lights to direct patrons.
• Report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Position or remove barricades to manage parking areas.
