Job summary

CFS is seeking an entry-level to junior accounting professional in Mequon, WI. The role supports accounts payable, general ledger activity, journal entries, and payroll paperwork, helping keep financial operations accurate and timely.

You will process AP/AR workflows, assist with tax records, and collaborate with accounting and operations to maintain schedules, reporting, and a focus on work-life balance and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related financial experience.
• Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Exposure to general ledger functions, including account reconciliations and journal entries

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions and assist with general ledger activities.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Calculate and track sales commission payments.
• Maintain sales and use tax records and reporting.
• Support reception and general administrative functions.
• Process employee paperwork and related documentation.
• Review and reconcile employee expense reports.
