Autobahn Imports LP in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage accounts payable activities, vendor invoicing, and reimbursements. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company controls within an onsite environment.

You will work to maintain strong vendor relationships, ensure proper documentation, and support audit readiness while contributing to a premium luxury dealership experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of accounts payable, accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general ledger coding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing – Review, code, and process vendor invoices accurately and timely while ensuring proper approvals and supporting documentation
• Payment Administration – Prepare and process payments through various methods while maintaining compliance with payment schedules and company controls
• Vendor Support – Respond to vendor inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain positive vendor relationships
• Reconciliation & Research – Reconcile vendor statements, investigate outstanding items, and resolve payment or invoice discrepancies
• Expense Management – Review and process employee expense reimbursements in accordance with company policies
• Internal Controls & Compliance – Follow established approval processes, maintain segregation of duties, and support fraud prevention and audit readiness

Position Overview: As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payment requests are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with company policies.
