Job summary

Verve Search Group is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to manage key accounting functions including general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, AP/AR, inventory, and financial analysis. This is a hands-on, on-site role working with finance, operations, procurement, and warehouse teams.

You will handle full-cycle AP, AR, revenue recognition, billing, cash application, and collections; perform month-end close and GL activities; analyze inventory and costs; and build reports in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong GL, month-end close, AP, and reconciliation experience.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition.
• Experience in an inventory-driven environment such as distribution, healthcare, pharmacy, manufacturing, e-commerce, wholesale, or 3PL.
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred; comparable ERP experience considered.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and large-data analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
