We are seeking a highly driven General Accountant to support its growing finance operations. This role is ideal for a hands‑on accounting professional with strong technical skills, proven experience in Oracle NetSuite, and a commitment to accuracy, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute month‑end and year‑end close activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare, review, and maintain general ledger entries, accruals, and journal entries.
• Perform bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations with strong attention to detail.
• Oversee AP/AR functions, cash flow tracking, and daily accounting operations as needed.
• Utilize Oracle NetSuite to maintain financial data integrity, run reports, and streamline processes.
• Assist with audits, compliance requirements, and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–7 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing, distribution, or related industries.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle NetSuite (required).
• Demonstrated experience with reconciliations, GL management, and financial reporting.
• Solid understanding of GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
