Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently in accordance with internal accounting procedures.
• Match transactions, verify supporting documentation, and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate client, vendor, and accounting records in company systems.
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to research and resolve questions or inquiries.
• Support month-end close activities by providing documentation and reconciling accounts payable-related accounts.
• Provide general accounting support to the accounting team as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $68,000.00 to $74,500.00 per year.
• Direct hire opportunity.
• 100% in-office position in Cypress, CA.
• Local candidates are preferred.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Process and manage high-volume accounts payable invoices.
• Support month-end close, account reconciliation, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate accounting, vendor, and client records.
• Research and resolve transaction discrepancies with internal staff and vendors.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills for working with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Cypress, CA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing-related accounts payable processes.
• Experience supporting corporate accounting functions within aerospace, defense, or a related technical manufacturing industry.
